MPA Alumni-Student Conference a Success!

Our annual gathering of alumni and students on October 26 for professional development and networking was once again a very successful event. Sixty plus participants enjoyed alumni panels on the upcoming RNC in Charlotte and on professionalism in the workplace. We also recognized our Pi Alpha Alpha inductees, student scholarship winners, and were treated to a keynote address by our 2018 MPA Alumna of the Year, Tracy Montross ’10. Another special feature was recognition for long service to the program of Ike Heard ’78 for his teaching, student mentoring and support on many levels over the years.
