Team Capstone Spring 2018

Our team Capstone class did an excellent job presenting their project to the Belmont City Council last night. The project was a feasibility study for constructing and operating a community center in the City of Belmont. Their project included a community survey, benchmarks of 25 facilities around the country, and a financial analysis of both the construction and operating costs/revenues.
